Rear seat headrest removal

Has anyone figured out how to do this?
I drive with the rear seats down over 99% of the time.
I also drive with the seat at it's furthest back position, and recline the backrest a fair amount. I've discovered I can't really do this as the seat back mashes into the rear headrest. Looks like I could get a good amount of incline by figuring out how to remove that headrest.

THanks!!!
Looks like an easy task.

Edit
2014 is different. I'll re-evaluate the need to do this at a later date

Re: Rear seat headrest removal

So I'm not the only one stumped by these things.
Tough to interpret whether the OP on that thread ever figured out how to get the metal bars out of the seat, short of the Sawzall comment.
I guess I'll join that linked forum & revive the thread.
Thanks again Summit
