So I am in the process of changing out all the reverse lights in my new High Altitude. First off, it's kind of annoying that there are two different bulb types used for this. Makes it a little tricky when trying to find perfectly matching LED bulbs from different manufacturers. So far I haven't found two that match perfectly in color.
I have the Philips Vision 921 LED bulbs in the liftgate housings, then used Sylvania Zevo 7443 bulbs for the outer housing. Everything works fine, but there is a noticeable difference in output color even though both bulbs are listed as 6000k. It's close and probably acceptable for most people, but I'm a perfectionist lol. I like the color of the Philips, so I left the 921s in the lift gate housings and will try to match those.
So my question is, to all you picky guys, has anyone found a set of reverse LEDs that match perfectly? Also, I noticed the 7443 bulbs don't really fit correctly, is that really the correct bulb? After further research, the factory bulb says w21w, and cross referencing that always comes up with 7440. So I suppose 7440 is the correct bulb for the outers.
Right now I am just running with the inner housing bulbs as this is how I assume the import models are anyway since the outer lower lens is used for turn signal. Looks fine, but I would still like to get some matching ones in the outer housings. Would be great if I could convert the outer housings to use the same Philips 921 LED. Awesome quality bulb with great output.

Here are the two bulbs I started with. I ended up returning the Sylvania ones as they had a slight more yellow tinge to them than the Philips:
Both new LED bulbs installed. You can't make out the color difference in these pictures, but there is one that's noticeable in person:
