To peel back the well liner. How can I take out the rivets without drilling? I ordered more rivets with the rivet gun but they didn't come in yet. Just received my opt7's today and i am impatient and want to install fogs asap.

You can maybe try and chisel them from the side and hope they break off at the head but honestly sounds like it's not worth the risk. They're plastic rivets, drilling them takes a couple seconds. I also just ordered some GM air deflector clips from eBay, they're simple push pin clips that makes it easier if you ever have to remove the liner again.

Your right. I guess I should of explained more. I was trying to re-use them so I could install before the replacement rivets come in. I think I read of a member not needing to drill them out.

Wait, you don't have to remove any rivets to install fogs. Just reach up from the openings under the bumper right in front of the tire. Atleast on the Summit/High Altitude you don't.
To answer your question though, just cut them off.

No sir
..the rivets are not reusable. They must be drilled or cu off. This is on the srt only...unless you just have rivets and the setter sitting around and want access where you can view the lenses.
