Do they impact clearance?

Re: Rock Rails

,ot sure, but these look better and tighter toi the carriage than the nerf bars or tubulars.

Those look good, but I don't see them available anywhere. I can't imagine that they affect ground clearance because another member added side rails and stated that they didn't affect clearance. I'll keep my eyes peeled for these.

Re: Rock Rails

looks to e like they may have more clearance on the end as they dont have that little protrusion on each end

If anyone gets a part number or a price, please post. I'm interested in these and will be asking my dealer to look into availability.

Re: Rock Rails

vertical clearance - no, but they do stick out from the body of the truck. They are an effective step into the vehicle or to get to the roof. You won't miss them getting out of the truck, put it that way.

Re: Rock Rails

^^ yup, they stick out. So they are also effective from dummies in parking lots. Some moron who has no respect for YOUR property will quickly learn when they bash their door into your rock rail

These are next on my list after my lift, which arrived yesterday, is installed.

Due to the size & weight I would highly recommend getting them from the dealer to save n shipping; just negotiate the price. Employee pricing is 10% above cost, MSRP is typically 30-35%. For every MOPAR item I have ordered I have rec'd 15% over cost pricing AND no cost for shipping. I believe they are on back order, couple weeks.

yep.. i do on mine all the time to reach the roof to clean or put things up/get things down..

Rocky Road also makes some rocker bars as well if you were wondering about other options.
