Rock Rails on there way.

Went to my dealer I bought the car from this week and they hooked me up with employee pricing $640 for the rock rails and it says 1.5 hours for the shop to install so $150. I said sounds good I think they are going to be bummed when the see what a pain they are to install. Post picks when they arrive in a week.

Good luck with that. They took over 3.5 hours at the dealer.

I haven't seen rock rails but the side steps take me like 30-40 min to install.

Re: Rock Rails on there way.

Even at employee pricing that's still too much money, if I were in the market for these I'd wait patiently until the aftermarket caught up or I'd reach out to a manufacturer to offer my vehicle for prototype building

Re: Rock Rails on there way.

What even saved me more money is the shipping. I would guess no less than 200$ to have them shipped to Alaska. So at 640 +$150 for labor + 0% Tax = OTD 790$ Still think that is a good deal plus the aftermarket options are super slim and it may take another year or two for things to catch up. WK2 aftermarket = lame right now...
