Rocky Road accessories

saw these while browsing.. looks like it's a lift kit, as well as a roof rack and rock rails. glad to see some more options to be available for our WK2s!

^Paul Bunyon aftermarket kit. Nice. May need some beefier rubber, eh C?

I agree with moose, and that ax completes the backwoods look. I bet it's a bear getting those jerry cans on/off the roof rack when they're full.

Re: Rocky Road accessories

Must be a really early OVL without the QL. The lift kit can't be used with the QL system.

Re: Rocky Road accessories

I'm thinking of ordering the supersliders as an alternative to the Mopar rockrails. Does anyone know if these are suitable as steps for front and rear passengers also? $500 is much more palatable than the $800 Mopar wants, and frankly they look better IMHO.

While the sliders appear interesting and Rocky Road is solid, these look like they leave exposed the last portion of the body and doors before and after the wheel wells. Hard to tell, but the photos suggest better coverage from the Mopars.

Re: Rocky Road accessories

On second look, you are correct. The Mopars do offer fuller coverage. Plan on picking some up this afternoon. I'll pay the extra $300-$400 to keep from putting the GMC Acadia style tube sidesteps on it. The side benefit of complementing the skid plate package is great as well. I may actually be compelled to take it wheeling now...

Re: Rocky Road accessories

Does anyone know what tires are on the Rocky-Road GC? I tried using a magnifying glass but couldn't make it out.
