Roof Rack

If anyone is interested, Jet.com has a pretty good sale going on for the Rola roof rack 59967. I liked this one bc it doesn't have the ends that protrude out and is flush.

As for the sale, with free shipping and sales tax included it's 207...

Gonna get it this week and possibly the Rola vortex basket as well. For some reason, home depot has it cheaper than anyone else to the tune of 128 (sales tax included with free pickup at the store).

Will post pics once I get it.

Re: Roof Rack

Is this only for WK2 with existing roof rails?

Nice, that's a really good price for these. Do you know if they make much noise on the highway ?

I think they make ones for just rail above the door.

I have a black 15 JGC Altitude and these looks like the type of rack I would want because of the simple fact that they are flush. Unfortunately, that means I still have to get rails....does anyone know that type of rains I would need to get (I hope they are not chrome, since I have an Altitdue).

They actually have the ones that look exactly like this but mount to the area above the door. Not sure of the model number, but if you go to the ROLA website they have a picture of them.

Thanks for the link, I searched for it on ROLA's website but it states our Jeeps aren't supported for that particular model. I may do exactly what you did and get the OEM Rails, Plastidip the chrome, and then purchase the ROLA's you got!

I'm super pleased with them and at around $207 or something from jet.com (tax and shipping included) its an efing steal!

Re: Roof Rack

Purchased these today along with the cargo rack, bag, and straps. Excited to throw some gear on the roof when I head for Montana in two weeks. Thanks for the find!
