Re: Running boards

I have the tubular ones from JEEP. I love them even though they are a little on the narrow side.

Re: Running boards

Thanks for the replies and the pictures posted. I have decided to go with the Ionic running boards that our forum member is selling and will post pics once installed along with the Overland honeycomb black grille. I think that will complete the look for the Altitude for me. So far it's been an amazing car. It really stands out and gets a lot of attention. I do think the chrome siding is a bit baffling and while it doesn't look bad by any means, black would just make this car look sinister! With the ionic running boards, since the side is silver, I think it will compliment the little chrome that is left on the car. The only thing left is to debate tinting the front driver and passenger windows but in Michigan...that is a big question mark.

Here's a picture of what the running boards looked like on my 2014 Overland...with 35% tint on the front windows.

Re: Running boards

Thanks! I noticed that the leather on the left side of the drivers seat is wearing out more, do you think adding running boards would reduce this. It seems I slide myself over the side more exciting then entering.
