Same with mine - very even tone, no splotches or freckles. 2012 Overland

Re: Saddle Interior owners

I just picked mine up last night...expected normal variation in the leather, not unlike any of our saddles. I think mine looks great.

Re: Saddle Interior owners

I personally like the slight color tone variation - demonstrates it's leather and not vinyl. There's a bit of it in my saddle leather and it is what I expected.

Im with you Chuck! I prefer the variations that make it look like worn rustic leather if thats a proper description!

The condition on my dashboard is best seen during the day in the light where you can see the "blotchy" die job. The die "process" ( dont know if it was a machine or by hand.. ) looks like it isnt complete or missed a pass or 2 by the spray gun.

If I am fortunate enough to keep this vehicle, I might even think about having the dash ( and maybe whole interior ) darkened up a little with a little more "darker spots" or more agressive "variation to" the pattern. If you notice some of the pics in the first post from the Jeep site.. I totally dig the darker pics that show what you are talking about!

Re: Saddle Interior owners

FYI, I have a red ext./beige interior Jeep 2014 Grand Cherokee Ltd. w/ 15k. with excessive wear on the left side of the drivers seat.

I took it back to the dealer ( South Oak Dodge/Jeep, Matteson, IL.), and they examined it and sent the pics the warranty arbiter.

The dealer called today and said the repair ( a new seat cover) will be covered under warranty and includes a free rental car!

Re; my 2014 GC Ltd. to date....it has been absolutely trouble free, and has exceeded my expectations.

My sister has a 2014 MDX, which is a disappointment (feature for feature) compared to my GC Ltd. my previous car? A excellent 2008 Acura MDX. Before the MDX, I had a great 2002 Grand Cherokee Ltd. All were great cars, but my current Grand Cherokee is incredible! I hope the Grand Cherokee remains reliable and trouble free.
