Im with you Chuck! I prefer the variations that make it look like worn rustic leather if thats a proper description!
The condition on my dashboard is best seen during the day in the light where you can see the "blotchy" die job. The die "process" ( dont know if it was a machine or by hand.. ) looks like it isnt complete or missed a pass or 2 by the spray gun.
If I am fortunate enough to keep this vehicle, I might even think about having the dash ( and maybe whole interior ) darkened up a little with a little more "darker spots" or more agressive "variation to" the pattern. If you notice some of the pics in the first post from the Jeep site.. I totally dig the darker pics that show what you are talking about!
