SES light on after changing HID bulbs

I replaced my stock Osram D3S HID bulbs with the Osram CBI 5K bulbs. Now I have the service engine soon light on. Could is be from me disconnecting the ECM 2 connectors near the passenger light so I could change out the bulb? Need answers before I head out for vacation tomorrow. Damn, I should have waited to do this swap out until I got back. Any way to reset this light?

Re: SES light on after changing HID bulbs

Weird, it went off after the car sat off for about 15 minutes.

SES light on after changing HID bulbs

Those lights are a serious pain in the ass for large hands. I guess I'll see tonight if I was successful in searing them properly....or not. My knuckles are missing skin, now. By first glance in the garage in daylight, I can't tell the difference between the 5K CBI and the stock 4300K.

When new CBI bulbs reflect off stuff in the day.

They will be worth it once you see how much more you can see.

Warning you will get flashed. ... they are intense the first couple years then I think they gradually get to above normal performance... or maybe you get used to them.
