Good to know it can be done, as this will be the first mod I do to my Jeep. I would think that sanding wouldn't necessarily be bad for the process, but a light scuffing might help the filler stick better?

I'm actually ok with doing all the prep work and then having a shop doing the final paint/clear; I don't mind the effort.

I would love to see some pics of anybody who's done this, specifically on a white 11-13.
