Silver Trim Pieces

Does anyone know if there are replacement trim pieces available around the gear shift, cup holders, nav, radio, etc? Would love to find something in wood matching the rest of the Overland Trim or something other than the silver plastic.

Re: Silver Trim Pieces

Just FYI, in the Overland I don't think it's plastic.

Brushed metal or plastic, whatever it is I wish I could find the pieces in matching wood trim or something else.

Re: Silver Trim Pieces

A friend had gotten an Overland and said the same thing...that was really his only grip was that Jeep got cheap and didn't continue the wood in the center console area.

Thanks for the info. I looked and saw all the parts for the WK but not WK2. Maybe they will be out soon. The other site above looks like they might have a match. Thanks again!

Re: Silver Trim Pieces

Look on E bay under 2011 jeep Grand cherokee there is a site that I forget there that has about 10 different coverings for all the interior trim.

paint em with plastidip... thats what im thinking. My audi's interior is like that and looks great. My BMW also had a flat black center console and it didnt stick out like the suedo "brushed silver" in the wk2. IMHO i dunno why they did that, they got the rest of the interior dialed in i think.

I would use 3m 1080 or oracle vinyl instead of plastidip.
