So what accessories have you ordered and/or installed yet??

I dont have the Overland yet, but have the Fog Bezels on the way as well as the tubular Side Steps. Not sure if I'll keep the side steps but if not then I'll sell or return them if possible. Was also thinking about getting the illuminated Jeep Sill and Pedal Kit, but not sure yet.

Items I want but can't yet order because they aren't released

**Weathertech All weater or Slushmats
**A Borla or Corsa Exhaust system, Corsa contacted me today and said Mid to late Oct they should be able to start shipping production systems.
**Grille Insert from MOPAR, else I order a large sheet and custom cut one myself, not sure yet. Contact OC Motorsports as per Sleepy to get an idea on his grille inserts.

Lets hear who ordered what, if anything. or already installed some accessories on the new ride. Small, big, whatever it may be for the JEEP.

Re: So what accessories have you ordered and/or installed yet??

I'm having the skid plates installed before delivery (whenever that takes place, hopefully before the WK3 comes out in a few years, but right now I have no idea). I'd be having the tow hooks done too, but my dealer said they aren't available yet.

Sounds like you and I are cut from the same cloth. Those are exactly what I'm planning on getting.

One point of interest is that I'm sure you test drove during the day, but at night they did a nice job with the interior illumination. At least on the OL, the door handles and storage wells on the front doors have bluish/green illuminated by LEDs. Also, the shift stack/cupholder area is illuminated by an overhead LED located between the sunroof controls.

I tell you this because it was a nice surprise when I drove at night this weekend, and also because it may effect your decision to purchase an interior LED light kit beyond the sill guards.

No sill plates. There is a small JEEP logo on the moulding between the sill and carpet.

The sill has a decent amount of real estate, so this is something I would recommend.

Do you plan to pick up the stainless sill guards AND the illuminated logo? To me they seem to be two separate accessories, I dont believe the illuminated Jeep logo is also a sill guard..

Heres the install guide for the Illuminated Jeep logo

I definately like the illuminated logo ever since I saw one on an Audi A5. Not sure about the sill guard. The GC logo is a bit overkill, but I can see my wife scrathing the hell out of it with her heels.

I know you actually have your 2011 GC, have you gotten anything installed or ordered yet?

Jparts.com has the best price on the tubular side steps
I picked up the fog bezels for 65 on ebay
Ebay also has the best price for the illuminated Jeep logo and door sills

No. Nothing ordered yet but thanks for the advice. Dealer only offered a 10 percent discount on MOPAR accessories so it's nice to have options.

To those wanting an exhaust system: try to find one installed in a vehicle and then drive in it to see what the sound levels are, and if it suits your tastes. They won't be returnable after you, or your wife, thinks it too loud...been there, done that!

Re: So what accessories have you ordered and/or installed yet??

I got a $500 Mopar Bucks certificate when I attended Jeep Grand Destination. I used it for the Fog light Bezels, Wheel locks, stainless steel sill plates, and a bra for long trips.
