You may have though you have "every option" but you obviously don't have the OEM rear seat video monitors that would be activated with a button in that blank space.
Yes, mine has the rear seat monitors but it also has the blank button.

That blank button was for the center roof mounted OEM rear seat monitor for 2011~2012 Grand Cherokees. This option was definitely available for the 2012 model year..... possibly late 2011 availability?? They might have gone to two(2) separate rear headrest monitors in the 2013 model year, but I'm not absolutely sure which model year that option became available.

How are those monitors turned on?
Do you have any controls for them? Remote?

Re: Space for Blank button?

Bought it used. Has the ear phones but the remote was missing. Rarely have a rear seat passenger so I have not bought a replacement.

That is one of the reasons I went with 2013.

Re: Space for Blank button?

On my Overland that space is for the infamous TURN OVER my upside down Jeep button.

The space above is the passenger ejector seat button.

Re: Space for Blank button?

I believe that space is used in the Durango for some option that isn't available on the GC's. Like maybe something to do with the 3rd seat?
