Re: Srt Conversion!

[QUOTE=maxy9;1068246]Nice mate well done , so what's the bigger sub in the back ? hows the sub mounted or does it sit in a box loose or bolted on the floor ? . Like Radknight said you might get picked on for being SRT

The sub is a JL 10w6 powered a JL 750/1. I was gonna get a stealth box but I wanted a little more bass. U guys are right tho I'm kinda being picked on a lil bit a Camaro ZL1 burned em up in front of me and a new Corvette was playing around me a few moments later looking for a go, gotta love the dream cruise its going on in the Detroit area today so there's some of everything out here it's a beautiful sight.

Gonna place a order Monday for a set of 22" Rucci's in a concave star pattern and have them custom painted white on the face then I'm good to go I think.

Re: Srt Conversion!

Well if you are gonna paint them white it's a good thing you don't have the Brembos. I'm considering painting my rims Brake Dust Grey so they all match. Just in case if you are thinking of getting Brembos.

Re: Srt Conversion!

Looks good. I never really noticed but does the srt front insert have the holes for the recover hooks?

Re: Srt Conversion!

You planning on spacers or new wheels? The stockers don't fit the flares to well IMO

New wheels for sure Matterhorn.
I'm happy with the way it turned out I got the front sporty look and rear luxury/sport look all while keeping my indigo blue

Like that idea....
Stock 5.7's only make 276 AWD and 310trq -
Stock SRT's only lame 346 and 410

RIPP conservatively at 6psi:
5.7 = 404AWD-hp AND 500ft/lbs
6.4 = 529awd- hp AND 510ft/lbs

Food for thought

I have thought about the 3.6 down the road when it's ready. Are all the grand cherokee kits the same price?
