Re: Summit Seat Comfort

Chill man, he is not poking fun of NASCAR, he is poking fun of the rest of the world’s view of Murica.
Actually, when it comes to NASCAR, I think it’s the rest of the world, and any northernish state of the US that has that view.

That said and lets continue to take this thread way off topic. Going from top tier open wheel racing to any form of stock car racing is fraught with disaster, and vice versa.
They don’t translate well. Massive down force, wider gripper tyres, to cars that have next to no down force, and relatively skinny tyres sliding all over the place.
They haven’t had traction control in F1 for many years. They do however now have an extremely stupid double points for final race policy coming in this year.

As for Kimmi, he is brilliant - The ten funniest things Kimi Raikkonen said in his NASCAR debut

All that said, the best nascar races are the ones where they have some right hand turns too.

If you read his many posts yes he is.
I didn't know they no longer had traction control, I haven't watched it in a few years.

Re: Summit Seat Comfort

Jumped on this thread to see how my Overland seats might compare to the Summit's. Seems after a few switch moves and a memory input I should be OK.

Then the topic derailed into racing, and I just have to comment:

I'm not fond of NASCAR, and I live in the "north", so take it for what it is worth, but any race that calls out the yellow flag to group the racers up again, well, that just isn't racing in my book.

This is racing to me:
