Sunvisor airbag stickers

Came off perfectly no glue residue first sprayed it with Tar X let it soak in 30 seconds and peeled it off - I had earlier taken off drivers side and had glue residue - sprayed it and glue disappered - very happy

Re: Sunvisor airbag stickers

I hope you saved them. The way the Feds are trying to control every aspect of our lives, the day may come when they consider not having them a safety issue. At that point they will instruct dealers (and maybe indies) not to release cars back to the customer without a sticker. The service manager then explains that the stickers are free, but we won't have any for six months. "Can I give you a ride home"

Hmmm. Never noticed them. Out of sight, out of mind.

Put 'em in the same drawer with the "DO NOT REMOVE UNDER PENALTY OF LAW" tags you pulled off your sofa cushions.

Re: Sunvisor airbag stickers

I've always hated them too, but read horror stories about people removing them, making it worst. I never would try.
Cool you were able to remove them so easily. This is what I did...ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1473984139.391406.jpg

Kind of lame but didn't want to put it on exterior after I bought it. Still like it

I hate those stickers but I didn't want to make it worse by trying to remove them.
Now that I know they can be removed cleanly I just might attempt it now.

Re: Sunvisor airbag stickers

Don't see what the fuss is about. I never notice them while driving and when you use the visor it faces to the outside.

I have to stop reading this thread. They don't bother me now, but I might become convinced that they should.

I hate them, i almost ordered the Tar X the OP used but im worried my black suede would become black and white goo. May be worth a similar junk yard visor to experiment on.
