Do you like the platinum mesh in the grill or would that be better black?
I have a brilliant black 2012 Overland that I may convert to an Altitude look at some point. One more question for you and anyone else with an opinion. Is it dumb to have an Altitude brilliant black exterior with a frost beige overland interior? My other option is to just wait and see if Jeep offers a 2014 Altitude/S-Limited and trade in for that.
I didn't like the way the silver/chrome side emblems stuck out so much, so IMO they are worth it. When I took the silver emblems off I drove it for a few days with it debadged, I felt it looked too barren with nothing there. I will be wrapping the silver/chrome window trim soon along with the strip under the front license plate. But as far as the grill is concerned...I am still on the fence. I have seen a few other jeeps with it in black and it looks really good, but then I see a few and it looks too black. I have emptied my rainy day car fund for this year so it would have to wait for next year if I go that route.
If you went this way with black on the outside and frost beige inside, I bet it would look very nice. I will take the liberty of naming you car "Oreo" if you do.
