Tow Hooks Installed

Took about 1.5 hours... Hardest part was threading the bolts that secure hooks up into frame. Most helpful tip I read (after struggling for 15 minutes) was to thread the bolt through the nut 5 times prior to install. This made things go so much more smoothly! I used the Mopar hooks which fit perfect and although the instructions were decent... I relied on JeepGarage forums for my instructions and how-to.

Re: Tow Hooks Installed

Looking good. I installed a set on my '11 just for the looks. Hope I never have to use them, I'd hate to scratch the paint!

Lol... That's funny because I bought a recovery strap today and got one without hooks so I wouldn't scratch the tow hooks. However, there's a very strong likelihood I'll never have the pleasure of using them. Don't get me wrong... I'd love the opportunity to pull someone out of a ditch or snow bank, but I doubt it'll happen.
