Turn on DRL

Hey there fellas,
Does anyone know how to turn ON the DRL? Its too dark in Auto so the HID's turn on automatically, and I put some VLED's in and I want to see them. Any help is appreciated.

Re: Turn on DRL

Turn the DRL's on, turn the car on.
When the lights come on in auto mode the DRL's go to a dim lighting.
There is no way to turn the DRL's on as they are auto.

Re: Turn on DRL

Tried starting your jeep, headlights in off position, have someone in drop the transmission in drive and see if the DRL's illuminate?

Re: Turn on DRL

The light switch must be in the Auto position for it to work

Re: Turn on DRL

Could be a variance in the country codes then. If there is enough light for the auto headlamps to NOT power on, it makes no difference where my switch is in regards to DRL operation as long as as the transmission is not in park position.

Let me clarify to this that my vehicle has HID.

Re: Turn on DRL

Headlights in the off position and the car in Drive or Reverse should activate the DRL's
