underhood lighting- RGB setup from MVZcustoms

hey guys...I got these lights a while ago but I finally got around to installing them yesterday- Only took about an hour...this is a VERY nice kit for the money ...I found a link to these on the SRT forum ..this kit is made for the SRT but it works just fine for any wk2 ..only cost $225 with the bluetooth setup..you can do all kinds of weird stuff with the bluetooth adapter through your phone..but here's a couple quick vids so you can see what it looks like

these are made by MVZcustoms.com

I guess if that 'toots your whistle' or 'floats your boat' that's cool.

Me, I could find much better things to spend $225 on than under hood lighting that if you tried to use it while in motion on the street would get you an equipment violation ticket.

HA...I picked it up because I saw some people talking about this kit on the SRT forum...its not for everyone but it is kind of neat....there is no practicality to this type of lighting but hey ...it was cheap so I wanted to try it ...my kids think its neat but its just not my style to drive around with this stuff on...so its use is limited to my driveway

I'm more focused on HORSEPOWER ...I'm getting anxious for my Dyno Day tomorrow...

I knew that wasn't your style, but I knew you'd probably be the one to set it up for the kids. HA... dyno day tomorrow. shoot! I wish I could come down and meet you. where you doing it again? is this with the stage II? cant wait to hear about the results.

I'm going to a place called Modified Mechanics in Wareham, Ma .

I have an 11am appointment and goes until they get a good tune. This is for the Stage 2 tuning. A couple weeks ago I had my jeep on the dyno and it pulled 403AWD HP running rich...with 9lbs of boost ...since then i have spent a lot of time with a remote tuner trying to tweak the tune...but yesterday I installed the "altitude" pulley that RIPP makes...so I'm pushing 14LBS of Boost now...and I'm guessing its an easy 450WHP now

Its absolutely insane compared to even the stage 1 kit ...I'm just hoping for a safe and reliable 430-450HP

we'll see what happens tomorrow!

I like it! Reminds me of my younger days with my Pontiac! I had green under glow and in the interior foot wells. Yours is very tasty full done.
