Sent them an email earlier and they are going to try and locate a 2015 Summit and do a test fit. Said he would get back to me in a day or two.

Re: Weather Tech or Husky Liner

Hi everyone

I just purchased a 2014 Grand cherokee overland with the vesuvio indigo blue interior. I am about to put it through winter and want a good all weather liner, but also a color to match. Any help in either area would be greatly appreciated on what color would best go with that interior and what liner would provide the best coverage.

Re: Weather Tech or Husky Liner

Best coverage is the husky x-act liners. They only come in one color...black.

Did you ever hear back? Just got my Summit and would like a set of these, but don't want to cover the sills.

Re: Weather Tech or Husky Liner

I have the huskys on my 2015 SRT and a set of weather techs on my previously owned q56. The weather techs are by far a better liner. The fit and quality.

Re: Weather Tech or Husky Liner

Not sure if this helps. Weathertech in a 15' SRT. I'll had the husky ones in a different car, the weathertechs are much nicer

Re: Weather Tech or Husky Liner

I purchased my Jeep using the Costco Auto Program. Costco sent me a 50% off coupon for any service or accessories. The dealer got me the factory rubber mats for the GC's. They are good. The edges aren't as high as the Husky or Weather Tech, but for 50% off I couldn't go wrong. I also got the rear trunk mat too.

Re: Weather Tech or Husky Liner

I have the Husky X-Act Contour mats (front and back) in my '14 Summit. Overall I think they are the best available choice. I spent ages comparing the options last June when I picked up the vehicle, and at first was sure I wanted Weathertechs (since I had been really happy with them in my BMW X3). But I found that the Weathertech fit leaves a small gap on the edge. That may not be an issue for most people, but I have a long gravel driveway, and it's impossible to avoid picking up stones and dust on shoes in the summer. Now in the winter there is an abundance of ice and snow. So for me function was a more crucial factor than style. I exchanged the Weathertechs for Husky mats, and have been very happy with them. I have been pleased that they are holding up well in New York winter temperatures, and so far they look like new when I wash them. They also sit in place very well, and don't move around.

For the cargo area I first bought a Mopar mat, based on excellent advice from others on this forum. The Mopar product is very good, and fits very cleanly, but it doesn't have a lip for catching excess water, and doesn't provide protection for the back of the seats or the sides of the cargo area. So I eventually bought a Canvasback cargo liner, which I placed over the Mopar mat. It's a breeze to keep clean, and is really effective.

Re: Weather Tech or Husky Liner

Ordered my Weather tech mats 10 minutes ago. The pics that SRT posted sold me. I have regular dealer supplied mats but they don't cover the carpet next to the door sill. The factory rear and cargo area mats are fine though.

Cheers
