Re: Weather Tech or Husky Liner

I was set on the weather tech, now I'm not so sure. I don't know what the color choices are for husky, but what color weather tech would you think to go with blue interior? My wife says the gray, I was thinking the tan but I don't know.

I went with Jeep brand. They are heavy duty, look great, and are surprisingly affordable.

+1. I went with the Jeep floor and cargo mats for the same reasons; I'm very pleased with them. And, just like with the Model T, you can get them in any color you want so long as the color you want is black.

Plus they go great with the light frost beige/black interior combo.

Re: Weather Tech or Husky Liner

Jeep slush mats for front and rear came with my Trailhawk. Their coverage and the Weathertech doesn't come close to the Husky. This is especially true in the rear seat mats. Up front, the weathertech covers better than the Jeep, but doesn't have as high a lip as the Husky's, and the Weathertech has holes for the mat hooks. The Husky's have a solid 'bump' that goes over the hooks. The Jeep slush mats also have holes for the hooks. Maybe a small consideration, but its a hole where crap or water could get through. Even though the Husky's do physically hook in, they do not move at all because they have tons of spikes on the back that keep them firmly planted.

I haven't seen a Jeep cargo area liner, so I can't comment on how it compares to the Weathertech or Husky versions

The Jeep cargo mat is a flat mat. Just covers the floor.

Re: Weather Tech or Husky Liner

I purchased Weathertech and I have been pleased with them for the last three months. We don't get a lot of rain in Kansas so the open holes for the hooks don't bother me very much. The rear cargo mat I went with Kramer Accessories after I read another member purchased the mats. I am happy with it so far and it seems to be fairly sturdy. Only had it for less than a week though.

Re: Weather Tech or Husky Liner

I pulled the triger on the husky mats & cargo liner. I went with the grey, found a coupon for 10% off helped me make up my mind. MY2014 is still 7 or 8 weeks away, but at 10% off free shipping I saved $27.00. By the way the code is dad10, I think its good till the 17th.

AutoAnything has the Husky Liners for about $232.00 for front, rear, and cargo. Free shipping I believe. After countless reviews and YouTube videos, I think I have decided on the Husky's. Hopefully ordering soon.
