Weather Tech window vents

I had these on my 99 GCL and for most part they were ok except for squeaky noise occasionally when front window was lowered . By slightly moving shade in window track noise would stop. I now have a 2014 GCL and I am tempted to try W T again but now there are window clips for rears. Is anyone using WT vents on new GCL and if so , any problems with wind noise or squeaks? Any problems with window clip install for rear vents?

Re: Weather Tech window vents

I chose not to install them on my JGC because of all the extra noise they caused on my previous vehicle.

Re: Weather Tech window vents

I've had mine for two years now and no squeaky noise or problems with the clips.

Re: Weather Tech window vents

I picked mine up about 2 months ago and have had no problems.

Re: Weather Tech window vents

I felt it was more of a PITA to install than on my WJ, but after the install I have not observed any issues.
