Hard to tell from both pics. Does that go up the dead pedal or no?

The Husky WeatherBeaters go fully up the dead pedal. The WeatherTech's only go half way.

Re: WeatherTech's out, Husky Liners in!

I've had my Husky liners in for almost a year now and they still look new after being washed down...carpet still looks new underneath also. 100% satisfied...

Re: WeatherTech's out, Husky Liners in!

Are the Husky Liners softer rubber than the WeatherTechs?
And do they grip well to the carpet, or can they still spin around the clips?

Softer yes.

They have a multitude of spikes under them to keep them firmly in place. You can easily cut yourself on those spikes!!

Re: WeatherTech's out, Husky Liners in!

Ok, my new Husky WeatherBeaters arrived today, and the almost 2-year old WeatherTechs are out. Thought these photos may help others compare the two types, showing some details that are often omitted.

Background: I liked the WeatherTechs when new. The prominent label never bothered me. But I found the holes for the front floor clips were a major problem up here in winter salt and slush country. I have posted elsewhere about my fix for that problem. But another issue was that they move around due to their smooth underside. I tried Velcro to give them better hold, but that failed. And once shifted, some edges began to warp.

So new mats (sorry, floor liners!) for me. Conclusion: These Husky WeatherBeaters are my preference:
- Softer rubber so shape conforms very well
- clip holes covered by domes so no leaks
- spiky underside. These are not slipping anywhere.
- higher coverage at front firewall
- good coverage underneath front seats for big feet in the 2nd row

Finally, I know, I know some prefer black liners. But for Light Frost interior with brown carpet, the tan works for me. Tan does not show winter salt stains as readily as black. Tan shows the installation pretty well in these photos.

2nd post will follow with a few other details.

Enjoy!

So this pic is of Husky Weatherbeaters on ebay. Notice the difference from the previous pics. Why the difference on the outer edge against the door sill?

To me the eBay picture does not look like the specific WeatherBeater for the WK2 Grand Cherokee. Notice the top edge of both front liners is not the same shape as in the photos of Post #19.

Re: WeatherTech's out, Husky Liners in!

Guys any idea if these are available for right hand drive, or if the LHD ones would fit
currently have some generic, one size fits all deep dish mats and would like to get ones that look better/are more comfortable

Re: WeatherTech's out, Husky Liners in!

The front mats are not symmetrical, so I doubt they would fit a RHD. No idea if they make a RHD set, but here is their US website, so you could check with Husky:
