What do you think of the pedal kit?

I was thinking of buying the stainless steel pedal kit from Mopar. Do you think it adds to the neat and luxurious look of the WK2 or is it overkill?

Thanks for your opinions.

Re: What do you think of the pedal kit?

I like them - have tossed the idea around of getting them myself.

From reading i've done on this forum, the brake pedal is tough to install.

Re: What do you think of the pedal kit?

I delayed a long time on the pedals, but after installing them ("fun", as everyone says for the brake pedal) they look great.

They seem to be a nice accent, just for the driver.

Re: What do you think of the pedal kit?

Thanks for your comments! I'm picking them up. While they arrive, I'll be preparing for the battle with the brake pedal.

Yes - in particular, a few members had some valuable tips on how to get that brake pedal cover on. Good Luck!

Re: What do you think of the pedal kit?

+1 to the pedal kit, very sharp

I failed on the brake pedal install using heat gun, soapy water, screwdriver, gloves, etc.

Finally got it done by cutting 45 degree angles at the top two corners of the rubber gasket backing. YMMV, but this saved a few knuckles, calories, and cuss words.
