Wheel well headlight access cap?
I'm fairly new to forum, mostly been admiring from afar, finally mustered up the courage to post after a bad conversation with the parts department at my local dealer.
I'm the proud owner of a new 2015 GC altitude, bought it back in October of 2014. I drive the truck daily and a lot more at night than during the day. I recently ordered two pairs of 6000k HID's to replace the factory installed halogens. I decided to upgrade both my low beams and fog lights. I couldn't be happier with the results.
Could've been due to my negligence, most likely it was, but I'm assuming I did not secure the wheel well headlight access cap and must have fallen off while driving. I called my local dealer and explained, I simply need the cap located in the driver side wheel well. The service rep started off by laughing and said, "Oh boy I feel sorry for you, it'll be $110 to replace that cap, the only way we sell it is with the whole inner fender guard, good luck finding it separately."
Does any one know where one can be purchase from, without ordering the entire inner fender guard? I can't justify spending $110 for an item I don't need.
