As I read here the WK2 requires you to reverse polarity on the plug feeding the
"Can Bus Fix" capacitor. Page 6.

So I have to take everything off if I need to use up the warranty?? :/

So maybe its not worth all the trouble. Bc I was thinking of paying someone to do this for me. I have to think about this now. Mayb I should just switch the bulbs. What u guys think??

Really concerned about that warranty aren't you? An HID kit is simple to install and remove, Depending on your setup it may take 1/2 hour to an 1 hour to get setup. The only way I could see someone not doing it is if they were super fat or super lazy lol.

There's really no point in getting a different bulb. Most have a shorter life while using more wattage than stock thus resulting in a shorter lifespan.

Yep that would be me, probably already knowing more than a lot of people owning the vehicle for a longer time, I'm prepared. Gents: Ease up a bit :-)

Did anybody mention that HID conversion on the cheap is probably illegal and could have
insurance implications if you're unlucky?

He's not doing it on the cheap if he goes through Xenon Depot. The only thing "illegal" about it is it won't be used in projector.
