White Grill Rings?

So in another thread, I mentioned I was thinking about using black mirror caps on my white Limited. Saw a couple pictures and definitely like the look. I've also seen plenty of pictures of people using a black grill on the white body, but most people seem to go the route of also using black grill rings in place of the chrome rings, which I do like. However, I was thinking it might look kind of cool if the grill rings were white on the black grill on the white body. I haven't been able to find too many good pictures of this so I wanted to get your thoughts on this?

Re: White Grill Rings?

I think it'll look awesome.....

I too may go this way in the future. I went with the black for now since they are available that color from the factory but will probably have my stock ones painted white eventually...

I have been thinking to do the same with my GC for a while now, how was the removal of the front end? Taking it off seems pretty straight forward, but I'm always worried about the '' re-attaching '' part*, any hints or '' watchout's'' would be appreciated.... Looks VERY nice Zhenya, seriously, nice job!

The bumper removal was fairly straight forward. I watched a youtube video (its about 3 minutes). The only "problem" i ran into was with plastic rivets that hold the bumper in the wheel wells, I needed to purchase new ones bcs they are not reusable.
