White Plasti Dip Mirror Covers on 2014 Limited

Covers just fine straight on the chrome after 3 coats, did 5 coats, made sure to get close enough so it really flows and did not get that strange surface finish I got before when keeping too much distance when spraying.
2 coats of Glossifier. ~20min between the coats (~21C/69F outside), sprayed in garage with garage door open...

One issue and I didn't like it was that at the bottom the dip accumulates and therefore is tricky to remove, used a razor blade to cut through the dip.

The white matches the Jeeps bright white color very well.

Did the silver roof rack at the same time, 4 screws and the complete plastic/metal slides out to the rear.

Looks pretty good. I'm still on the fence about murdering out my Jeep.

So much better than the chrome mirror caps. Those are the most offensive chrome portions of the Jeep, IMO.

Re: White Plasti Dip Mirror Covers on 2014 Limited

It was cheap enough to do and it's reversible, takes a bit getting used to applying Plasti-Dip. I think only works with white or black vehicle. I like that the white comes out nice and shiny even without Glossifier, black is matte.
