Re: Whiter fog lights

i also got the ones from K&B carstuff but i got 4300k HID bulbs. Ive installed quite of few of these in the past and this car is giving me such crap. Mind you i didnt get the relay kit just the plug N play ones. Has anybody gotten these to work with just the plug N play kind, without the relay?

So i can just replace my stock fog bulbs with this? No flickering? I don't have HID's but have the Sylvania bulbs that output very bright pure white light.

I'd be curious to know this as well. Are they plug and play or do you have to modify anything?

Do the tabs on the bulb base have to be cut off these to fit? I got some Putco bulbs and after filing down the tabs they fit way too loose in the factory sockets, so I removed them.

Re: Whiter fog lights

I have had these for 4 going on 5 months no problems. Yes there is the three little tabs that have to be trimmed and if you take out your stock bulb look at where the harness plugs in and compare to the led one and you will see another tab to trim. Use an hobby knife or I used a razor blade.

Trying to find this on the KBCarstuff site but not seeing any results. Can you provide a direct link?

Hi,

Its a 5202 bulb. Are you looking at getting an HID kit or halogen performance bulbs?
