I'll probably be taking them off very soon, I'll take more pix.
So what does it look like with the rubber strip removed? Is it like the Thule Aero Bars that have a track down the middle where you can bolt things into?

Very interesting. Looks like they would work like the Thule Bars with attachments that attach to the track in the middle.

Thanks for the pictures, they are exactly what I needed. Might mean I don't have to purchase the Front Runner rack and they are super cheap compared to Thule options.

Re: WK2 Rack Systems: Manufacturers List

btw, justforjeeps is probably competitive with the ebay sellers for the Mopar bars.. so shop around.

Oh, and, the maximum on-center distance between the bars is just short of 30" IIRC.. I had to re-drill my yakima box to fit (twice, as it turned out .. the first time I had it too far back and couldn't open the rear gate)

Just for Jeeps is having a nice sale today on everything but sadly the place on eBay still has the bars for $115 vs $220. If anyone is interested.

Re: WK2 Rack Systems: Manufacturers List

I purchased these back in 2012 for my 2012 Overland.T hey are identical to the Mopar/Thule bars. See this thread. Looks like they are still available but at better pricing.

Re: WK2 Rack Systems: Manufacturers List

For those that have the Mopar rack, could you give me a dimension of a cross section of the bars? Looking for thickness of the bar height and width.

Thanks!

for the GOBI - you do remove factory rails but no drilling - just mounts to all factory locationsImageUploadedByTapatalk1409174413.572553.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1409174420.972147.jpg

How do you like the Gobi? Any wind noise? Any more pictures you could share?

TIA.

Re: WK2 Rack Systems: Manufacturers List

I love it. Looks tough and a lot lower than other racks but there is still A little wind noise on highway.
What other pics would you want to see. I'd be happy to share if want something specific

Re: WK2 Rack Systems: Manufacturers List

Maybe just a full truck profile pic- one from a little further back and outside of the garage if possible. Thank you.
