Crap, I was not aware of this. Coming from a Ridgeline with a huge amount of space under the bed, like 6 sleeping bags size, I knew the storage was dinky but it just got smaller for me. How much space does a stupid stereo need. I might have to consider ripping that out too but I doubt it's easy. I know I'm one of the very few who could care less how the stereo sounds so it's just part of the deal most people want I gotta live with. Maybe I don't know what I'm missing although I usually just listen to talk shows/pod casts so I've never had anything but a stock stereo. Still rather have the space, ok, grumble over.

I was asking about the Exports.. when will they start exporting?? and is it really true that the fully loaded citadel will not get into production untill late september..

I wish I could ask DODGE to change their agent (dealer) here in saudi arabia..
their cars are very much loved here but people don't buy them just cuz of the dealer's crapy after sales services..
we love eveything about dodge.. since we don't mind the gas prices (0.12 $/liter) ..
but the dealer is killing the brand here..

I don't know about the export process / timing, but it is units with the rear DVD / Blu-Ray player that won't go into production until (latest estimate) September 17th. That is subject to change though. If your loaded citadel includes the player (like mine) it likely won't go into production until late September. I'm crossing my fingers that there won't be any further delays...

I remember now!

If we go through with the Durango, lets discuss a swap. I'm up for it, but probably need someone better with auto work ten I am to help facilitate the swap.

I'm hoping Willx can help with the parts numbers.

At this point I really only have the 2013 Numbers. I have spoken with Milous about Part differences and he has some preliminary info on the JGC.... Hopefully it is the same layout but I will get some exploded diagrams hopefully today.

Yeah agreed...would much rather have the storage then the subwoofer (and the amp that lives in the quarter panel.

I did find this on removal, but no pics of the bin without the sub....http://www.durangoforumz.com/showthread.php?t=1251

Awesome, and thanks. If it all goes through I owe several people here a 6 pack.

Re: 2014 Durango - Features and Changes

Any idea if the features discussed at the beginning of this thread for the 2014 Rallye are the gospel? Namely, I noticed that some features that are listed on Media.Chrysler.com for the 2014 Durango have been changed according to what I see listed at the beginning on this thread. For example, the LED daytime running lights are now not listed as being available for the Rallye, but in the feature availability sheet from Media.Chrysler.com, they are listed as Standard. Any idea which is correct (if they're not available, I'm totally disappointed, as I thought the point of the Rallye was to incorporate many of the R/T features)? Also, the feature availability sheet that's in pdf format at the beginning of this thread is different from the one that's available on Media.Chrysler.com (click on Dodge (on the left side), click on Durango (on left side), and then go to ride side an click on 2014 Durango Feature Availability). For instance, the feature sheet at the beginning of this thread lists the "Customer Preferred Package" as standard for the Rallye, yet the one on Media.Chrysler.com doesn't list that anywhere. Any idea why that difference & which feature availability sheet is correct?

The feature availability sheet on here looks like a -3 version while the one on that media page is a -2 version. The sheet on page 1 of this thread appears to be more accurate but it clearly is not totally accurate.

Thanks, that looks encouraging. I don't want to mess around with electrical connections so it looks like if I leave the amp and just unhook the speakers there it won't be an issue and still have a working stereo. Just need a new bin.

I burned myself out on my '06 Ridgeline wiring up DRLs, mirror signals, locking tailgate, doppler radar backup sensors, backup camera, led conversions. I don't want to see another wiring diagram for awhile.
