Geeze...I never thought when I successfully placed an order back in JULY that I would be sweating out taking delivery of a vehicle in time for our 2000 mile Thanksgiving weekend road trip.

I'm not sure what's worse...being in hayakawasaki or Immo's shoes (so close but yet so far), or being in mine...so far but yet so far....

Looking fantastic!

Congrats, and like everyone else I can't wait to see/hear more about your impressions (and gripes).

Very frustrating to have placed an order on July 11th and be so far down the list.
It just seems SO bizarre to have this happening to you. Have you heard any reasoning as to the delay???

I agree it makes no sense to have an ordered, paid for vehicle and not be able to take delivery.

It's 5am on the West Coast already. Shouldn't you be driving, writing and taking pictures?? (Not at the same time please.)

But seriously, looks great, congratulations!

Doing a happy dance (you don't want to see it!) for Immo, hayakasaki, madchet, and fireman... all behind schedule.

Congrats Vertrkr. Looking forward to your review. I can almost smell that new car smell.

Stampede Coming?

anybody notice that Chrysler posted earlier this month that Durango sales for August were up 117%. Chrysler says its the best sales Durango has had in 8 years. I wonder if that's the 2013 its talking about, with the big incentives that's been offered on it. Or orders for the 2014? God bless Dodge for the surge in interest in the Durango (& I hope it continues) & call me paranoid, but I'm starting to wonder that if the increase in sales continues, getting an order processed will take even longer now--hopefully not.

Re: 2014 Durango production

Just got an email from my dealer that Dodge just announced a $1,000.00 rebate on the 2014 Durango. Don't know any more than that, but you guys just about to take delivery, ought to ask about it.

John
