Re: 2014 Durango Reviews

It is a little disappointing that the other major US car magazines haven't coughed up a first drive review

Automobile
Road/Track
Motor Trend

and TFLCar release their sneak peek not a driving impression video very early on, and since then nothing.

Granted I don't need the validation from the auto mags that I made a good choice. Its just nice to see/hear the professional opinions.

Re: 2014 Durango Reviews

Nova Scotia newspaper article reviewing the 2014 Durango & containing an interesting perspective of the Canadian's general views of cross-over SUVs & discussing the sales numbers of the Durango in Canada.

My guess is the Range Rover will win.

Yes, there are so many "different" vehicles that don't really compete against one another in the marketplace. I tend to think the award will end up going to a vehicle that's been completely redesigned for this model year. I could see the D as a runner up though.

Finally: Edmunds Review;

"...overall the updated 2014 Durango is one of the most appealing options out there for a six- or seven-passenger SUV."

Perhaps this sounds a bit cocky, but we Durango buyers in this forum figured this out awhile ago, didn't we?
