Normally I'd do that, Honda gave me a 8 year warranty on my last car. I already have the 7 year max care warranty so I'm pretty well covered. I'm also not too worried as I didn't get any warning lights, didn't hear or feel anything funny, and the tranny temp didn't go over 195. I think it let loose a few hundred yards from my home which is where I started smelling it and the trail of ATF begins.
