F69 "Spotlight Feed" fuse?

just poking around the fuse box of my 2014 Durango and seems I have a 15 amp fuse in slot F69. It's not listed in the owners manual but the fuse box cover says "Spotlight Feed."

Anyone else have this?

anyone have a clue were it goes?

I haven't fiddled yet to see if it's always live or only when in acc/run or whatever.

Could be for the Police/special use version?

That's what I am assuming. So I am surprised I have the fuse installed. Figure that wouldn't be a default sort of thing- it's also got the * on the fuse cover indicating it's an optional thing - so I'd guess someone would need to have added it when they ordered.

Anyone else have it installed.

When I have time i guess I'll poke around with a meter and see if it's live or maybe i just got a spare fuse.
