First unplug the negative terminal from the battery under the passenger seat and remove the engine cover

Second...remove intake resonator tube simply by loosening the worm clamp on the intake box and up at the tb. Also unplug the intake temp sensor. Then pull it out

Third....remove the main plug from the the TB and unclip the harness from the tb.

Then remove the 4 t20 torx screws and pull TB off.

This is the 80mm tb(left) vs. stock tb(right)

80mm TB installed

and everything back together

This literally took me 10 minutes from start to finish! Very easy mod even for beginners! Excellent throttle resposne and the truck pulls harder all through the power band even though its 103 degrees here today!!! Go Pro vids to come soon!

Re: ***HOW TO***ADD 3.7 V6 ported TB to your Durango

As Scott mentioned, I was in the middle of moving across the state when he needed the TB ported. I really couldn't gaurantee a quick turn-around. I am back to porting on a limited basis starting this Friday, already have several castings here that will be getting ported. Hemi castings are 200 shipped for now, 130$ after core exchange. I'm going to test the waters with the 3.6 guys by offering TBs at 200 shipped, 110 after core exchange.
