If Knight Rider were an SUV, Would it be the 2014 Durango?

I was going to Hold off on doing this, but Davewg pushed me into doing it ahead of schedule.

Now that I see how it looks, I think i'm going to upgrade the scanner LEDs to the Oracle V2 and have a lot better functionality.

I realize I should have asked if KITT were an SUV... Hold off the attacks.

And another little something I showed before, but for those that didn't see. This was the second Mod i did after the foot well/under seat lights.

I'm with you hoss, I vote that kitt the SUV would have been a Durango. My logic is simple if my jeep grand Cherokee started talking and he didn't have a little bit of a southern drawl to his speech I'd be dog gone disappointed. Now a wrangler on the other hand would have had a thick Israeli accent just like me :-)

תודה

I thought the Storm Mark III already had a thick Israeli accent?

Gtaz -

Those LEDs behind the grille, well, damn, they look freaking cool.

With the black paint, LED DRLs it just looks slick - forget about what anyone says. It somehow seems to perfectly fit the character of the Durango.

The truck looks different from most other SUVs. Has a little more attitude, and the front end just looks a little mean. All things I think we love about it. That LED strip just adds to that.

I'm glad to be the instigator for this mod!

Sounds like me wife's cousin's husband - to his credit he drives a MB CLK - a sweet ride too.

Hope you don't mind a Happy Hanukkah greeting. My kids are looking forward to the early holiday this year.

Thanks for the holiday wishes glad no one was offended!

And since I commandeered the wrangler voice over for me or one of my countryman, let me suggest the following voices:

Durango KITT: Dennis hopper or jack Nicholson
Grand Cherokee (overland black) KITT: Sam Elliot

When Chrysler actually builds it I'll have my people contact their people :-)
