The real question is, will the Durango SRT be AWD or RWD? I've read that it's only going to be RWD, at least initially.

I am guessing based on the knob that has launch control and two other settings it will in fact be AWD.

Re: New Dodge Durango 6.4L concept - 11/01/2016

My first thought was this would be awesome. I can take the whole family along, I should sell my Jeep SRT. Then after more consideration, I'm thinking about how rough on stuff my kids are and how caring for a $70-80k vehicle is lost on them. So no SRT Family hauler for me.

I like it but the center exhaust would have to go in favor of towing capabilities. Been there, done that.

I believe it is an 18', so that would mean we should expect to see it sometime between Spring and Fall 2017.

Not going to be part of the actual SRT when it comes out. This is a SEMA concept vehicle.

I have to think they'll preserve the ability to have a hitch receiver. I think they did on the Jeep SRT.
