Re: SEMA: Durango "Black and Tan" Edition

So I see a knob right in front of the armrest - will the Durango have a selectable suspension or is that for the GPS??

Not Quadra Lift, but I think it will have Select Trac.

Re: SEMA: Durango "Black and Tan" Edition

It is the same "platform", but the vehicle is stretched to accomodate a third row seat. I recall something around 5" in wheelbase. So, it could certainly drive much different with the stretched wheelbase and a possibly retuned suspension. Engine and trans choice would have nothing to do with this.

I also see big differences between the two interiors in terms of their detailing.

Re: SEMA: Durango "Black and Tan" Edition

They drive differently because they do not share a suspension perhaps?

OK, springs and shocks are different. The vehicle is tuned

Forget it, you guys have your minds made up.

...back to wishing I was at work today. Grr.

Re: SEMA: Durango "Black and Tan" Edition

Any word on the rear legroom and 3rd row legroom? Or at least subjective feelings of those at SEMA on roominess?

Kinda makes you wonder how the value of the WK2's will hold up down the road with everyone flooding the market with orders. Not saying the new WK's aren't sweet, but it's a thought that just came up after watching a deal on the history channel when they said that after the WWII the military cast insane numbers of Jeeps in the ocean to keep the value from going to that of a used condom.

They are selling. That is why dealers are ordering.

Those orders were from around the world. Not just the US.

We at the factory are STILL behind in orders, and then we've got the Durango coming soon. I'm about to die, lol.

Re: SEMA: Durango "Black and Tan" Edition

Looks very similar to the WK2 from the rear....but for some reason it has more of a minivan look to it from that angle.
