Re: WeatherTech floor liners - they need more requests

To put 3rd row up I just roll it up, so I would not say it looks good, but it is easy to do. They make one that would just cover cargo area with 3rd row up. I mostly have third row folded down which is why I went with the full length.

very happy with my canvasback cargo liners, expensive, but worth it.

they are slippery compared to weathertech or husky etc

They have all kinds for most makes makes and models. You can also customize your own as well.

I actually like the look of these. What surface/texture choice did you select & why . . . happy with it? You mentioned it doesn't cover as much of the cargo area as you thought but your picture seems to depict decent coverage. I don't have a hemi, so the Dodge logo with the red bars looks like the best one. The Durango logo by itself that they offer looks weak. I'm going to see if they can configure "Durango" & "Citadel" with the Dodge logo in a good looking format.

Re: WeatherTech floor liners - they need more requests

Yes after the install I am very happy with it. My first thought was that it would have covered the entire area, like over the cubby hole etc.. After the install I'm glad it does not. It is contoured to fit exactly over third row seats and then flares out a little wider after that to cover rest of the cargo area and is contoured perfectly where it meets rear trim. Trying to determine which finish was the hardest since I could not find anyone with them. I wanted to match the carpet the best i could. I sent numerous e-mails to many suppliers and to Lloyd Mats, but never got a response. Auto Anything was the only dealer that replied with what they thought the was the best. They recommended Velourtex which does match well and I went with the standard edging.

Cool, sounds good. thanks for the info. the Velourtex texture looks sharp--and I think I'll dig the Dodge logo (with a potential "Durango Citadel" inscription below it if they can and will do it in a nice format--haven't checked yet). The Velourtex was the one that caught my eye. I realized another benefit to a cargo mat this past weekend when putting luggage in the back. the material on the back of the seats (folded down) seems susceptible to getting easily roughed up when the bottom of the suitcase (where the rollers) scraped it. A mat would offer good protection against that (as well as against other sharp edged, heavy items)--and provide more uniform flatness to the whole back area.

This is exactly why I got a mat. I was not at first, but the carpet in cargo area felt a little thin and when placing bags in and out it appeared to leave all kinds of marks. Just did not see it holding up well over time. I'm surprised they don't make the Citadel embroidery, they have Durango R/T. Good luck.

Still no solution for the third row (winter mats)? I went with the Mopar mats for the front and second row. Also got the cargo cover for the third row up.

On a side note anyone know how much the stainless pieces are on the floor at the hatch?

I didn't think they made one that will work with the 2nd row capt chairs?

A few scratches. If I had to do it over I'd use 3m to cover the stainless pieces.
