Agreed. It looks sloppy (says the guy who just dropped $$ on it). Oh well.

Re: WeatherTech floor liners - they need more requests

Ordered the 2014 1st through 3rd row mats.

We'll see how they fit in a couple days I guess.

I didn't order the cargo area bit though. Seemed like an after thought, you either get a big sucker that assumes the back row is down, or a tiny one assuming the backrow is up.

Not thrilled by either option.

Re: WeatherTech floor liners - they need more requests

Weathertech had a cargo mat for the MB GL 450 that was made of 2 pieces.
a small one you leave in the car always, and a large one that connects to it when 3rd row is down.
The latter fits perfectly in my GC so I think it will fit in the Durango (my 14 durango is on order) not sure they still make this ......

You are not alone. Have it, and it is not a great fit. Exchanged photos and conversation with Weathertech customer service. Looks like this is as good as it gets, at least for those of us who ordered the cargo liner to fit behind the second row.

Just received today, the Weathertech front mats and single long mat for second row. Found 10% off and free shipping so thought I'd try. Fit is pretty good, but driver's mat not flush on left edge. Perhaps when it warms up a bit it won't be so stiff. Anybody put these mats over the originals, or do you take your carpet mats out?

FYI. Front mat box says "444851 fits Jeep Grand Cherokee 2013-2014 and Dodge Durango 2011-2013". Second row mat box says "fits 2011-2013 Dodge Durango"

Thanks Laurel, been meaning to ask them if they had any plans to update it. I took the original mats out.

Alas, I don't think they updated it a bit.

It is recommended you never layer mats, especially up front where the top layer can slip and wedge the pedals. Having said that, it's not illegal.

The '14 does have two hooks for the mats, so once someone has a set of the "14" model would like to know if it has two places for the hooks, or if I will need to look elsewhere for full cover mats.

... which I'd like to have before the winter slush/mud/crud hits as I have that light tan frost carpet.

Because I am going to be driving to a place that may be a little muddy this weekend and didn't want to wait for weather tech. I went to my dealer who happened to have 2013 mopar slush mats in stock (Koons in VA). I will likely try out weather tech too but like I said I needed these yesterday. Anyway the fit is really good. The 3rd row is really only for the 40/60 bench so I just got front and second row so far. I really love how they say Durango on them, but I wish they said it in red. Maybe this is something I can do as a project. Very happy with these mats in the first half hour I've had them, lol.

Thanks. The Dodge mats seem thin and the Weathertech fit over them and still latched on the hooks. You make a good point about the pedals...yikes....so I will likely remove the originals.
