Angry 2012 overland spare tire check air pressure

Looks like i have to remove the spare from the carrier and flip it over in order to check or put air in it? Correct?

Re: 2012 overland spare tire check air pressure

So i will reply to my own post; i think it is dumb of jeep to store the spare
outside down so u can't put air in the spare without flipping it over (heavy tire ). To me all they gained was using a shorter 'hold-down bolt'. most /all other cars I've had stored the spare. outside up, and used a long hold-down bolt to secure the spare tire.
