I am trying to get some 22s for my jeep, wondering if 22x10.5 all around would cause any issue. Also, what size tires would be best recommended? Will be lowering but not right away
Rather than start a new thread I have a similar question.
Someone is selling some XO Luxury Miami (5 spoke) 22's near me on CL. They are 22" wheels with 285/40/22 tires. The wheels are being stored somewhere other than where the seller is an he is unsure about width and offset. Prior to him finding out that info for me I am trying to see if there is any combination of this wheel that would work for me car.
The wheels are either 9" width or 10.5" width. It looks like offset on these wheels can be custom ordered +15 to +55. They came off his SRT8 Jeep and fit without and modifications (IE cleared his bigger brakes).
Is there any combination that will/wont work on my stock Altitude?
I'm in the same boat as you guys were, I have the option to buy a set of 22x10.5s, so I just wanted to clarify if any of the wheels require an offset before I pull the trigger? '15 altitude and will most likely be going with the 285/40/22 tire size. Really appreciate the help fellas. Thanks.
You can run 22x10.5 all around with 305/35/22 without any issues, even if it is lowered. Below is a picture of a lowered Grand Cherokee on Velgen VMB5 22x10.5 all around on 305/35/22.
