Is there any way to ascertain the noise level these aggressive tread patterns generate, without rolling the dice and buying them, then having to live with it regardless of how loud they are? I know from various brands and tread patterns I've had on my truck over the years, they can differ greatly. Many times tread patterns you would think would be extremely noisy, are not. There is just no way to tell unless they're on your vehicle going 65 MPH.

My BFG all terrains at 265/70/17 are pretty quiet, more so at higher speeds. Between 20-35 is where u hear the beefy tire noise in my opinion.

Re: Are these good

They stick out about 1 1/2". I wish 35's were an option with this lift. These are 33x12.5r20. So far nothing in the rear rubs and up front the pinch weld needs to be dealt with.

Re: Are these good

The noise is nowhere near as bad as I was expecting. I can honestly barely hear it over my CAI and exhaust. Now I need to reconnect my tuner so I can recalibrate speedo for larger tires. Im goons wash it tomorrow and get better pics in the daylight. I'll get some close ups of relevant things.

Re: Are these good

I thought the welds were being handle before the install? N why not got with 10.5 on the width to prevent the "overhang"

Re: Are these good

I had initially only folded the corner of the pinch weld. I was WAY off. The first 3" of it, from the bottom of the well need to go over so after it was all installed I got busy on the rest of it (after taking a quick ride to check it out and get the gentleman that worked on it a case of beer). Only thing hanging over the edge on the tire is the side lugs which looks perfect to me. The upper control arms that come in the deluxe lift kit make anything hanging over the edge not an issue. More than anything they were the first wheels I liked that had the proper backspace range.
