Re: Correct PSI for aftermarket tires?

You need to note that the 33psi is way higher than is required for the actual weight of the vehicle even when fully loaded. The pressure is not just to hold the weight but to give the vehicle the handling and performance characteristics the manufacturer wants. The method I mention above is an attempt at translating those characteristics from passenger tyres to LT tyres.

I'm trying to determine what the correct tire pressure is for a 2012 SRT8 that had OEM Pirelli Scorpion Verde 294/45-20 run flats installed and I replaced them with the same size TOYO tires.
