I'd like to have it work out, but so far it hasn't been encouraging. All their contact numbers result in a busy signal all the time. No voice mail...nothing.
The website is very weird too.Confusing about selecting the colors, the charges breakdown and exchange process options and If you click on the FAQ, shipping info, ect. you get this page of goblygook language (almost looks like Latin??), which is a mystery to me. I've emailed the sales dept and I'm not doing anything until i talk to someone there and get a feel for how reliable things are now
