Help! Getting Confused About Rims and Tires

Hello Everyone! I am a long time jeep lover, first time owner . I have recently purchased a White 2014 Grand Cherokee Laredo, everything is bone stock and I have your typical wheel and tire question. I would upload a photo of my jeep but I can’t figure out how to include a photo in my post.

First I want to say that I have searched this forum and any place else that may have the answer to my question. I found a lot of information but with that being said, I found too much information and now I am just thoroughly confused.

What I am looking to do is, I found a set of Rubicon rims on craigslist and I would like to put them on my Grand Cherokee. Here is the listing;

“Complete set of 5 stock 2016 Jeep Rubicon wheels (17" x 7.5" Polished Mineral Gray) with BF Goodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM LT255/75R17 tires from my 2016 JKU Rubicon. 700 original miles (the spare has zero). They do NOT have TPMS stems in them. They did originally come with TPMS stems but I moved them to my new wheels. Tires are mounted and balanced.”

So here are my questions:

1.Will these fit on my GC without rubbing? I have a 2014 Laredo with stock suspension (nonadjustable just springs and shocks).
2.If this does not fit on my GC with stock suspension what will I need to make it work?
3.Do I need to go to the dealership to get new TPMS and will I need to get them programmed?
4. Is this a good price for these rims and tires?

My ultimate goal is to remove my stock rims and tire, replace them with the Rubicon rims and drive away. Any clarification will be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks

Another WK2 w. Rubicon Wheels

Your TPMS light will ding when you first start the car and the warning will stay on while you drive so go to eBay and buy some sensors for $50.

You didn't post a price so I can't tell you if the price is good. Generally those wheels are a dime a dozen and you should be able to pic them up for 1k in new condition.
