Premature tire wear

I have a 2013 JGC w/ 26K miles and have virtually no tread remaining. The tires are properly inflated and I drive conservatively. Has anyone else experienced short tire life from the stock 18" Michelan's?

Thanks, Bruce

Re: Premature tire wear

Just bought a '12 JGC Laredo. Had 30k on it. Dealership put 4 new tires on it. I was surprised it would need new tires already.

I wasn't exactly overwhelmed with the amount of tread depth left after about 21K miles on the factory Latitudes.

But then I was underwhelmed in general with them--they are an OK tire and thats about all I can say.

Re: Premature tire wear

I have 21,000 on my Latitudes and are halfway gone. I contacted Michelin and they had me go to a tire dealer to evaluate. I am getting 40% off my next pair. With everything I've read, I am going with the LTX MS/2's. I've seem nothing but great reviews on them.
